This site sets no cookies
That's the whole policy. nighthawk.io writes nothing to your browser. No cookies, no local storage, no session storage, no pixels, no device fingerprinting. There's no analytics package, no advertising tag, and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
You don't have to take our word for it. Open your browser's developer tools, load any page here, and look at the storage tab. It stays empty.
What the network in front of the site may do
This site runs on Cloudflare. As the network carrying the traffic, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies of its own to keep the site up and to tell people from bots. A common one is __cf_bm, which is used for bot management and is short-lived. These are not ours, we don't read them, and they don't tell us anything about you. Cloudflare documents them publicly.
The contact page runs Cloudflare Turnstile, which is how we tell a person from a bot without making you read warped letters. It may store something in your browser to remember that you passed. That storage is Cloudflare's rather than ours, and the only thing it reports back to us is whether you passed. It runs on the contact page and nowhere else on this site.
Who else your browser talks to
Fonts, styles and scripts are served from nighthawk.io itself, so reading these pages contacts nobody else. The contact page is the one exception: it loads Turnstile from Cloudflare, who already carry every request to this site, so it brings in no company that was not already handling your traffic. What we collect if you send the form is in the privacy policy.
Blocking cookies
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies, usually under privacy settings. Doing so won't break anything here, since we don't rely on them. It may affect Cloudflare's ability to distinguish you from automated traffic, which in rare cases means seeing a challenge page.
Changes
If we ever add something that stores data in your browser, this page says so before it ships, and the date at the top changes.
